My first reel 🥰 I've been doing a lot of thinking lately about mental health, friendships, and boundaries. It's great to give your heart to others and encourage them during difficult times, but you can't give from an empty cup. You can fill your cup by taking care of yourself and taking moments to rest. You deserve all the love you give out to people. You deserve good things too ❤️
